SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During restocks, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cozy Aesthetics Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Cozy Aesthetics Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
